Keep the soil consistently moist, but not waterlogged. Lady Palm seeds can take up to 3 months to germinate. Once the seedlings emerge, continue to provide ample light and moisture. When the seedlings reach about 2 inches tall, transplant them into larger pots filled with a well-draining soil mixture. Lady Palm prefers to be slightly root-bound, so choose pots that are only slightly larger than the previous one.
